What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, message, and language preference.
- Professional correspondence: name, email, company, role, and the content of messages (including attachments you send us).
- Details you give us in meetings, calls, or on a business card, when we need them to continue the working relationship.
- Server-side analytics (Vercel Analytics): aggregated page views, no cookies.
- Google Analytics, only with consent: page views, approximate location, and device. See Cookies.
Purposes
- To respond to enquiries and discuss projects.
- To manage our professional relationship: follow-up, proposals, contracts, invoicing, and delivery.
- To operate and secure the website.
- To measure traffic: Vercel Analytics (legitimate interest) and Google Analytics (consent).
We do not use professional email to send marketing unrelated to a project or conversation we already have with you.
Legal basis
- Pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract, when you ask for a quote or we take on work.
- Legitimate interest to manage the professional relationship and to reply to people who write to us.
- Legitimate interest for Vercel Analytics (no cookies).
- Consent for Google Analytics.
Processors
We use providers to host this website (Vercel), deliver contact-form emails (Resend), and — if you accept — measure traffic with Google Analytics. Professional email is handled by our email provider. They process data under our instructions. Some may be outside the European Economic Area; in that case we require standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention
We keep enquiries and correspondence as long as needed to respond and follow up, and, if there is a contract, as required for legal or accounting purposes. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Email hello@dualperspective.digital to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We do not take automated decisions with legal effects based on this data.
